I had an F 250 no one could find the source of a vibration, at 55 to 60 mph. As I was leaving a job I noticed a rear tire was low so I changed it out. Vibration problem was cured. Also I had stumbling going up hills on my F 150, after the I.A.C. was changed that went away.
Vibrations etc can be pretty tough to figure out without actually driving the truck to see what it's doing. Even then sometimes they can be almost impossible to figure out.
Oh_That I think I'd remove the driveshaft and thoroughly check the U-joints for any roughness or looseness.
pappagator if there is any chance the problem could be engine related I'd start there. It sounds like your spark plugs are probably due to be replaced because of the mileage on them anyway. I've seen transmissions replaced or rebuilt because of engine running problems. This might be a good one to have your dealer look at. They can check for a misfire on the road with their WDS scan tool.
An IAC shouldn't change the way it runs up hills but i guess anything is possible.
Have the vibration in my 02 Supercrew (5.4 4X4) with 36,000 miles on it now. It's been on and off since the truck was in the low 20,000 mile range. It has been in and out of the dealer since then where they checked tire balance and had the driveshaft out a few times. Usually starts when at speed and increases till the steering wheel and mirrors (in and outside) start shaking bad. Sometimes it goes away after a few miles, other times I have to pull over and stop the truck. I changed the tires at 30,000 miles, but that had no effect. It's off warrenty now, so I'm just waiting for a new vehicle I have on order, then this truck will be someones elses problem.

I know this is an old post, but I can't help but wonder what you discovered. Many states have lemon laws, and even though your warranty is out, I would be fighting with the people over that truck since the problem was never fixed.
