No you can not powdercoat headers because the plastice powder that is used melts at about 400 degree's. But there is a process called ceramic coating that can be done on your headers. This process will make your headers virtually rustproof, hold the heat inside the header where it is supposed to be, and you can have it done in a large variety of colors. I had mine done in the chrome color and it really turned out shiny.

Powder coating
You can buy them already ceramic coated too. I should have done that with mine they are starting to rust. Flow Tech sells them ceramic coated for the FE, M-block, 302 but they are a pain to put on.
