Can I get some help identifying two connectors on my 1996 wiring harness?

I have four connectors:
- Solenoid block connector
- MLPS connector
- 4 pin connector w/ wire collors: black, brown, yellow(tan?), and orange
- 2 pin connector w/ wire colors gray, and gray w/black stripe

Any info on the 4-pin and 2-pin connectors would be greatly appreciated.
I do not know where the 4-pin is supposed to connect (truck came w/o tranny)and the 2-pin has a plastic protective cover over it (service connection?).
