fe torque sequence

fe torque sequence
I have all the numbers to torque down my motor, but I do not know what sequence to do it in, can anyone help me with this info for my mains, cylinder heads, intake, rocker arms, etc, please help need this info yesterday, thank you.

For the mains, try the 3rd cap first then work out in a circle.
Heads viewed like:
9 5 1 3 7
10 6 2 4 8
You start at 1 which is the middle top bolt of the head, both heads are torqued the same.
The intake:
Back 4 7 1 9 6 front of intake
5 10 2 8 3
The rockerarms are tightened a couple of turns, then the next bolt. Its slow process but if you tightened one bolt at a time, the shaft can BEND!
