Header Troubles 351W
I've installed a 351W out of a 1969 Ranchero in my 1970 truck. I originally bought headers to fit a 1969 Ranchero. The passenger side fit, but the drivers side hit the steering. There wasn't enough room between the steering and the head. I swapped those headers for a set of 302 headers. Now the drivers side will fit but the passenger side hits the starter. Does anyone know if there are any headers that will fit? There has got to be someone out there that's installed a 351W with headers in a 1/2ton truck before.

how much are you needing for clearance?? if its just a 1/16"-1/4" I would get a 3lb. sledge and make it fit, but of course if its way off, your local muffler man could probably make it fit
