possible CPS issue???

I notice sometimes when I start my truck the speedometer will jump when cranking, once the truck fires over it will go back to normal (0 MPH)... is this a sign that the cps might be going soon? My truck runs fine however and has never skipped a beat.

I never had that issue when mine was going out. The only thing that happened was my truck would stall every 150 miles or so.

Any resolution to this?
My first thought would be the VSS having a problem and making the speedo jump.

NO, there hasnt been any resolution, nor had any other problems arise. I still intermittently get this problem, but not as much so maybe its just a fluke.

My '02 does this sometimes but not everytime. Not a Cps problem. I wouldn't (and don't) let it bother me.
