Body swap
I found a 75 f100 in great shape with out moterand trans, just wanted to know if its easier to change cab and bed or swap running gear off of my 79 f250 4x4. Any ideas Thanks

Electrical will be some work. Take the wiring harnesses apart and divide them into "systems". Get schematics!!! Compare the harnesses and use what you need to get the best out of both trucks. Repair/replace any connections and clean everything up. The old electrical wiring system in these trucks are probably their weakest link.

Sounds like Torque1st coverd the hardest part of the swap. The only other hard thing you'll run into is removing the body bolts. You might want to start soaking them now and try to break them loose in a few days.
