Direction signal gremlins

Franklin, I had some mechanical problems to take care of so I was delayed in testing. The problem got a little worse. The right signal was working with the running lights on but now it is not. Any time I put lights on the signals blink a few more times and go solid. I tried to get a reading with a meter. It did seem low. It is raining out so I didn't try the good side to see what I should be getting. As soon as it stops raining I will test the other side and run the new ground wire to the body. I see an existing one under there but maybe it is corroded.

Franklin and Bdox, it is fixed. I kept looking and saw that the truck part was working, just the aftermarket box was not. So I started to trace the wires. It took a while, but I found a panel that I took off and found some relays. I turned the signals on to see which one it was, and replaced it. Bingo, it works. Thanks for all the suggestions.
