We have 'What tools have you made?' in the Garage forum; so what else have you made? I could say I've built lots of plastic injection molds, since that's what I do for a living, but I'm talking about hobby stuff. Among other things, I've built boats, furniture, decks, and a home-made string bass. It was crude (I was a kid) but it worked! How 'bout the rest of you?
Lots of stuff... potato guns, catapults, go karts, welding tables, furniture (tables, desks, shelves, cabinets) fiberglass car audio stuff, boats, a good chunk of my garage...
The list is endless.. I love building stuff.
tater guns, the desk im sitting at that is connected to what my tv and stero is on, kick down linkage for a tbi chebby 350, my night stand (its pretty nice for plywood and 2X4s), there is alot more but i cant think of them all.
I build things for a living and I build things for fun so the distiction gets a little blurry.
I have done a lot of serious car building. I build devices to make TVs drop down out of ceilings or out of walls or cabinets. I have a pat pend device which is a box that lifts more than twice it's own heights. I made an led lighted pet collar. I make cabinetry. Fountains, sculptures, stone stairs, fancy curved stair railings, built houses and other buildings, do glass etching, and on and on.
Looks like a Pitts - those are wild and fun airplanes.
My lowly self however - I have just built most of the cars and trucks I have ever owned. Tonight i am pre-assembling the basics to make a friend of mine's headlights brighter than the manufacturer ever intended. I do stuff like that
Argueably - I built a Mustang out of the scraps and pieces of two seperate cars a few months ago - but it was a group effort.
When I look back down the long years there is a lot out there, but I see no reason to claim full credit. It was just fun...
Hell, I once relaced a friend of mines bicycle wheel - but because we mis-guaged the spoke length it ended up being FOUR CROSS. One of the strangest and most intricate looking bike wheels I have ever built...

Alone? Everything from Fishing Rods to Boats, Custom built a fair number of Black Powder rifles, replicating some of the more interesting historical models. Kit built 31 Highboy, 351 Cleveland, C6, that sucker was a scoot! Several Hogs, mostly from parts piles, with a few custom touches. Every computer I've owned over the last 11 or so years. And a lot of small odds n ends, mostly when I couldn't find what I wanted, or couldn't afford it.
Aside from that, I used to work in Industrial Construction, everything from Oil Refineries to a stint at one of the Weapons Test grounds in the SW desert.
As a teenager I built a Go Kart with a kawasaki 1300 motor. Built/modified a 292 one passenger bombardier witha 90 bores over kawasaki 440 snowmobile motor and ran steel cleats and ice runner ski's, man that was fast and light. A log cabin in the woods where I camped out as a kid durring the summer. now all kinds of stuff for work, not much else except our 14 x 30 bed room and 8 x 14 closet. Bathroom build is next
