RAMPAGE IN THE PIT, My 1967 Ford M151A1
This is my 1967 Ford M151A1
MUTT: Multipurpose Utility Tactical Truck

The bottom of the Pit, coming up the steep angles of the hole, at the top their is a sharp drop off to the right and you must compensate at slow speeds to negotiate the steep angles of the hole near the middle of the climb.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...r/Nov06653.jpg
Clearing the hole and now trying not to fall off the steep sloping drop at the top of the climb.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...r/Nov06655.jpg
Front and rear drivers side tires off the ground and leaning to the top of the rim, just short of the drop off.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...r/Nov06652.jpg
I hit the drop off to the slope with the front tire, had to back down into the hole below and come back for another run.
Hope everyone enjoyed the pics, Bleddyn

Great pics of your M151, brought back great memories, I loved those things. Much easier and more fun to drive than the HUMV replacement (not dissing the HUMV- great truck, different purpose). They were hard to get salvage because most of them were cut up before the government sold them, due to stability/rollover issues. The only manufacturer I remember was Ford, maybe there were others. We did still call them Jeeps though, since they replaced the old vertical grille straight axle Jeeps. Keep the rubber side down and enjoy your rare Ford!
