2My 1994 F250 7.3 IDI won't start, won't turn or crank. New batteries and starter, and starter relay. Lights work fine. Checked wires fuses all looked OK. Is their typical problem I might look for. I tried hot wire to starter relay and starter only clunks once.

Reason: size
Try baring the engine over it could be hydro locked, 15/16 socket and bar rotate the engine clockwise. Disconnect the FSS on the IP before doing the baring we don't want a start here.
Are you pressing on the clutch pedal if it is manual trans, wiggle the shifter if it is auto while attempting start.
You bet your sweet azz it would.........there is less than 35 thousands of an inch clearance from piston to head. Best thing is to remove the #7 and 8 GPs if the truck is level since the engine sits tilted to the back down position you may get lucky in baring it over. You should really remove all GPs, then crank it over until the fluid is blown out the holes.
OH DID I MENTION DON"T EVER POUR ANYTHING INTO THE INTAKE OR YOU CAN BEND A ROD OR SNAP THE STARTER OFF>>>>>>> DID I SHOUT LOUD ENOUGH.
Thank you for your suggestions on this. I was only able to get a little time with the truck this weekend and only removed one injector. I also noted I was supposed to be removing glow plugs not injectors. Will remove glow plug 7 & 8 and attempt to manually turn over.
