Vaccuum test help

I have a vac test kit. Where is the best place to hook it up to check the vac on my truck. It's a 91 F150 with the 4.9 300 I6. I don't want to have to cut a line if possible. I've got to figure out what's causing it to run so bad.

thanks in advance

Is there a "vacuum tree" with perhaps one nipple capped that you could remove?
