Pity they can't get the correct signals and programing for the center information system to be correct... Yes Charlie I know the fuel gage is working right with Transfer flow but the computer determins "distance to empty" based on 29 or 38 gallon only and I can't find the OBDII bite/bit to change it. Learn me somethign if you ever find out.

I can get a 60 US gal DOT approved gas tank for 1100 bucks Canadian at a local business. This is an in box combination tool box gas tank and I will pump it into my main tank. I want a good range towing my fiver and some of the places I go, I need it.

Thanks for the link Charlie. I did not even know they made one for 04 and back trucks. I thought I had looked there before Now, for about the price of 400 gallons of gas I can have one of these babies

Clearance photos?

Nice looking unit, but I was unable to get the ground clearance photos to load. Anyone have any luck with those?

Nice tanks but I think I'll stick to my 29gal for that price! It would be nice to have the Longbox tank but after 4 hours of driving my butt needs a break anyway so i guess I'll just continue to fill when the needle hits E. It would last a long time but I'd have to take a lone out to fill the darn thing when the time comes!

SLE, I'll be less polite. There are two capacities in long distance driving. One is the fuel capacity. The other is the bladder capacity.
