I can add that there is not alot of sniping, belittling or arrogance here which is pretty cool!
I agree with you 100% on that one. I've done some reading on other "Stops" on the net, and I'm amazed by the way some of the members conduct themselves. I'm never afraid to post a new idea or strange question here for fear of being flamed.

What!!! I just got the PSD tat today. All for nothing!?!?
OK, so I'm a supporter now, if the payment went through. Gotta figure out the picture thing. I know, new thread, actually it's a search cause I've seen it b4.
OK, That worked. No more banners and ads like b4. Cool. Wouldn't have mattered. Well worth the price just for what I have picked up even b4 I registered. Been visiting the site for over a year. Now gotta edit my profile. I'm sure you will be hearing from me on that note.

It does feel good to contribute to such a worthy site doesn`t it? Plus what you give back in helpful advice usually comes back to you in other ways
You guys will have to excuse my ignorance a bit, but my story proves the point that everyone is talking about.... I havent' been a big forum guy and know very little about them because the 3-4 that I've tried in the past managed to raise my blood pressure with in days. The attitudes on other sites were horrible. I've been reading and posting on here for just a little bit now, and love it! But, had no clue about joining. After reading this thread, I gladly went and paid my dues. Thanks for pointing it out and thanks for all the info!
Of course, now that my signature is shown on all my posts, I'll have to give in to PMS and go put a bunch of cool stuff on!

Yea, they tell ya' to pound sand, we talk about furry little black bears. They don't give you the whole picture, we sure do ( that the people are the dangerous ones)!
I have in my bookmarks at least three other forum sites. In my opinion, this is the only one that's worthwhile. And it's VERY worthwhile!
Strokin_it7.3- What are "reputation points"? Do I get any for starting a thread that seems to have made several users become members? Hopefully I can use the for mods on my truck!
reputation points should be given out if you think a post was very helpful, funny, it pleased you, etc. to add reputation points, click on the silver trophy-looking scale at the top right of that person's post. then you can either make it positive (type in a comment), neutral (positive, no comment), or a negative if you think someone deserves it. to find out how many points you have, on he blue bar at the top of every page, click on User CP to the far left. scroll down below suscribed threads, and there should be a list there if you have any points. i have 41 last time i checked. that is also what the green dot on the people's info means. 0-100 is one dot, 100-200 is two, etc.
The first post I put on this forum was for info on the best chip for my money . Hands-down it was Jody's. Bought it....this is my face ever since . It is worth every penny spent. For a week after that I was constantly coming back for more valuable info. I must say that the folks here are some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable and helpful you'll ever come across.
I'm an addict now , have PMS, been lying to my wife by ommission
..............I think I need therapy !
This is the only forum worth paying for!
That's great about the reputation points as I have seen many of the names here always giving excellent advice and information! I will make sure to give those out a bit more now that I know what they ar for!
