I Need more Milage (Help)

I Have a 03 6.0 SD DRW CC . with a current flash. I'm getting 13 or 14 Mpg highway .
Pulling my 20ft bassboat. I get 10.5 or 11.5. at 70 mph. my 5.4 Gets 10.5 pulling my bassboat. they both have 4.10 gears.Any Ideas for more milage ?

Standard stuff: check fuel filters, drive with an egg under your foot, look into a fuel additative (Power service for example), coast to red lights (so you don't have to come to a complete stop), keep tire pressure up.

Other possible items: look into a tuner for the economy mode (10% gain advertised by some), or a better exaust that some say help mpg.

The main thing musky is driving style. These trucks are big and heavy. Diesels get the good mpg by the high torque that allows them to turn the engine over less at highway speeds. The do very well once up to speed (about 65-67 is best for my truck) but if you are constantly starting / stopping your mpg will go way down.
