Help me if you can

when turn lites on backtail and front headlites work and side runing lites work
only right parking lite dosent work anytime..

when lites are off day time the blinker lites work right and left except for
rt. front turn lite.

nite time- the lites front and back work but when you put blinkers on rt.
turn only back lite blinks. front rt. does not work

we checked bulbs our guess is new blinker lite turn part or wiring

what say you????????????? rt. and left is from the drivers position,
looking out front windshield

Sounds right to me.

Did you check with a test light to see if you are getting voltage to the bad light fixture? If it is, you need to make sure that it is grounded.

Welcome to the site !

So this is a right front turn signal problem ?

It didn't say in the title

Besides checking for a poorly inserted bulb, I would check the grounding wire of the right front light assembly.

As a long time user may I direct you to read post #1 of this Read First thread ?

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...d.php?t=102632

It will help immensely on FTE.

I have a troubleshoot guide for T/S lighting if you need it

jessejamesfredd, we welcome you to Ford-Trucks Forum. You will notice .

You will find this site very informative and much more .

With a test light or voltage meter check your connector on right side for negative ground power at connector and with you blinkers on check for positive power at the connector. Keep us posted of your results and findings.

Another vote for bad ground.

For what its worth I have had a similar problem on my 78 and found the ground connection inside the sockets are bad. Rather than replacing them at $15 apiece I simply made a short jumper from the body to the ground tab that you will find under the foam gasket on the side of the socket.

Please post what you find.

There is a good tech article (link at top of page) that goes through troubleshooting signal lights. Check it out.
