C6 torque converter

Just wanted to check if there is a different between converter with 390 engine and one with 360 engine and if there is what to look for, thank for any input in advance

Believe it or not, the converters have slightly different stall speeds despite carrying the same part numbers. In '68 the 360 has stall speeds ranging from 1600-1800 RPM while the 390 has stall speeds ranging from 1700-1900 RPM. If you are asking whether the two converters are interchangable, yes they are.

When removing 390 from my 68, written in wrecking yard paint on converter is 72 360 F250, 390 that going back in is going to be Running 268 comp cam, springs,lifters,pushrods and timing chain and gears
with Edelbrock 390 streetmaster(single plane) with 600 holley and headers, I have a couple laying around and was wondering how you ID them? Thanks in advance
