I haven't really had any troubles but my car had some hard starts. Found out the block heater cord needed a new end. I put a new plug end on and it starts alot better new but that new plug cost me $9.50 including taxes.
The diesel's been a little cranky a few mornings, but has always started. I have plugged it in more than a few times. The geo has started fairly well this year. I didn't say it ran well, but it has started fairly well. Shoulda got a Ford.....
the only complaint out of the 86 4x4 was the morning it was -39 celcius. The truck started fine, but soon as I lifted the clutch it stalled. Second time she stayed running, but she made the motor work for it!!
My old 89 did that too on really cold days. Sucked too because you couldnt throw the ebrake on or it would stick on so you had to sit in it and let the whole truck warm up, brrrr!
I forgot to plug in my truck yesterday, went out to start it this morning, it's -25 & snowing up here today, the big 7.3 fired right up but put up quite a smoke smudge for almost 15 minutes before it warmed up to normal operating temperatures.
