Oops, PawPaw beat me to it! I concur with everyone else. DPFE. That was my problem for a long time. I was idling at around 550 :P

Thank you one and all for the advice,
I will have the DPFE Sensor checked out! When I had it diagnosed the guy erased the code and the check engine light hasn't been on since. I know that's not the cure and I will still have the DPFE checked out.
