I think I know what this is but got to here it I guess. Yesterday I was driving to work, operating temp. and just happened to be watching my new boost preasure gauge when the needle dropped and the truck skipped a beat for just a second and then back to normal and did not do it again. Can this be anything other than CPS?

its your Cps sensor. I ha the same thing last month. did it 5 times one week. If you are under the 100,000 mile mark the 100 dollar ded. will cover it at the dealer. Mine also completely shut off one time at idle in the city the same week ( it did restart) But it is the CPS (cam position sensor). jeff
