I am looking for an overhead console to add to my 2001 F-250. I am not looking for the stock ones. I don't want trip computer or compass. I want one that I can add a CB to, a switch panel, maybe a few other small gadgets, and a rear monitor for the kids.
I know they exist, I have the pictures.

or this one
If any knows a company that makes these or one similar, I would appreciate it.
I'm still looking for the specific part number, but I know JC Whitney has one. We put one in a friend's father's truck. It was close to the one you have in the picture and had the rocker panel for auxilary lighting and a compartment for a CB.
I'll keep looking to see if I can find a part number, but suggest looking on their site to see if you see one.
I've looked at JC Whitney and haven't been able to find one similar. The top two photos came from a website that I found while searching the internet, and the bottom one came from a conversion company website, Centurion vehicles. I have tried contacting the companies that made both of the ones pictured, which both have now been taken over by Southern Comfort the best I can tell, which is located in the town where I went to High School in Alabama, but have gotten no response from them. I am still looking, plan on keeping the truck for a long time so I want it the way I want it. Thanks for the help and if you have any better luck than I have up to this point, thanks again.
Why don't you just visit your local audio/video deler. In Tucson you have two places, each of which have competent installers and fabricators. There's The Specialist, and Audio Express(AE). I know the guys at AE on Broadway, they do some really good work and usually have better pricing than the Specialist.
Have not been impressed with the guys here at Audio express. Went in looking for something and was told it did not exist, and they wanted to sell me about $600 worth of something I did not want. Ended up finding what I was looking for online. The guys at the Specialist have been okay they did the window tint in 4 of my cars and service has been great, so I might give them a try. I would rather install something that is ready made, then I can do it the way I want it.
Wow, I didn't realize this thread was seven years old!!! Anyway, if anyone looks here, I recently built a console for my 2002 F250 Supercab. It holds my CB and six Contura switches as well as the original dome light and has storage pockets.
