Cam Question...
I've been looking around for a cam for my truck and by talking to some reliable sources i chose the Comp 268H. Its for a 5.0EFI that i have in my truck. So i have 2 questions 1) is this a good choice...this is the first mod that i have done to it i'm also looking into headers, intake, and ignition mods. and 2) the specs for this particular cam i've chosen are "duration 268/268 lift .456/.456" now i don't understand exactly what the numbers mean. So can someone please explain to me what they mean??
