Running boards
Does anyone have info as to where the best price is for running boards? I'm looking for a set for my 52 F1 in either glass or metal. Everything I've seen has been higher than poison! They seem to be almost as much as a new bed! Any help is appreciated. Rob

Search on "running boards", there's a bunch of threads about these. Email me, I'm in the same process on my 52 and have a few thoughts.

You can get glass boards for around $250 a pair and that's about the cheapest I've seen. You might keep a lookout on Ebay. Sometimes a used set shows up there but even used ones are expensive...

I pair $650.00 for the new metal running boards, and $1,800.00 for the new bed. I searched for a better prices but sometimes you get a cheaper product for the cheaper price. I just decided to bite the bullet and go with a company that had a good reputation.
