I just bought a 02 F-350 4x4 Crew Cab Shortbox.
Can anyone tell me how to find the rear end ratio or what I need to post here for someone to be able to tell me?

The tag on the axle housing should have your ratio on it.
Should read something like 3L73 (3.73 LS), 4X10(4.10 Open dif), 4L30 (4.30 LS), etc, etc.
If it has an L in it, you have a limited slip rear end. If it it doesn't have an L, you have an open dif. The number are your ratio, 3.73, 4.10, 4.30, etc
