Where (how far out) does the tailpipe on your Excursion extend past the body work? I don't see any obvious signs on mine of being bent, but think that it is not out far enough.
I have some exhaust stains on the lower cladding, and comparing to some Super Duty that I have seen, it seems as though the tailpipe on the pick-ups is out farther than on my Excursion.

I just replaced my exhaust with a 4" turbo back. The stock exhaust did not stick out too far. I actually cut the 4" pipe down because the tip was sticking out farther than I wanted. I think the pipe on the Excursion looks better cut a little closer than on a SD. I was also going into stealth mode, didn't want the wife to notice that 5" SS tip, she probably wouldn't appreciate the exhaust like I do! Here is a pic of mine.
