SCT-SF Problem
Hello
Bought a new SCT SF for my 2001 7.3 auto. Installed the street tune and all seemed fine. I thought I would bump the shift pressure up a bit 10-1,2 10-2,3 and 15-3,4 shift. Now in normal driving the engine just shuts off and back on again at each shift, kinda like a hiccup. At wot it shifts great. I put the stock tune back in and it shifts fine. I called SCTs tech department and talked to Steve I believe. He said he had never heard of that type of problem and told me to upgrade from V02 to V06 software, which I did and also upgraded firmware to the latest version. Last night I tried the performance tune and it runs very, very good, but normal driving I still get the damn hiccup. Something is not right.
Any ideas anyone?
