Hydraulic Control Unit

My F350 4x4 SRW with a 7.3 diesel has developed a pull to the left during a emergency type of braking situation. New wheel hubs with sealed bearing, calipers, rotors and pads have been installed on bot front wheels. This truck has 4 wheel ABS.

I have replaced the left front caliper several times with brand new units from NAPA. I finally said UNcle and took it to the Ford dealer. The Ford dealer is totally has indicated the hydraulic control unit ( HCU) measures at 85%. The Ford dealer has indicated that the HCU should not be it.

Has anyone had the HCU replaced because of pulling to the left into on coming traffic during a hard braking situation?

I would appreciate any input?

Thanks again.
