Unhappy master cylinder/ booster leak

I just finished re doing my breaks, and found that i have a leak between the booster and the master cylinder. I was wondering if there is some sort of seal that is made for stopping that? I also have some fluid leaking around the top of the master cylinder. Could that be a bad diaphagm? I wanna get it inspected soon and would really appreciate some help!
