Talking Anyone looking for

White light replacements for your stock headlamp bulbs look here.http://www.hoen-usa.com/. Bought a set and they look as good as the silverstars I have for the fog lamps

Which ones did you get, the 66/55w or the 80/100w and if you got the 80/100w did you use the high temp harness. I've been looking all over for some H13's so thanks for the link.

I'm actually starting to think that I've been missing something because I cant find our H13's/9008's in the silverstar and I havent seen any post on them, maybe I've been in a hole for awhile so if someone could fill me in it would be great.

Whats the reason that they havent made the silverstars? Is it because its a dual beam bulb?

Hey, new to the headlight replacing but want to do it. If I go to this link that was posted, what should I look for, there were all kinds of options for bulds and I was not sure where to start. Also, is any modification needed, I was not sure if these blubs were for HID systems only. I am interested in upgrading my stock headlight bulb as well as the fog lights bulds. I have used PIAAs before (On my 01 Montero), but they died pretty quick, so I have not messed with it since. Now I would like to do this to my 04 FX4. Thanks

I read that it had something to do with a DOT ruling but I am not sure.

I have a 05 FX4 and I assume that they are the same as the 04's. Look for the H13/9008 bulb 60/55w, I belive if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page it is there.

Are those for the headlights or fog lights? Also, which option do I choose (Xenonmatch, Xenonmatch plus, Hoen xenrange or Xenonmatch Titanium)? Or am I even looking at the right stuff? I chose the option at the bottom that said "Low & High beams". Thanks, and sorry for all the questions.

I have the Hoens for my BMW foglights. Believe it or not, they do match the HIDS that i have in that car and it looks awesome. However, the HIDs that I have in the truck is 8000k and no mattter what halogen bulb i get, it will look "yellow". I just put a pair of sylvania silverstars and they look OEM or yellow when it is next to my HIDs.

PS BMW HID color was about 4300k and the 41000K Hoens came pretty damn close to matching it.

Cool, found them they had thier own little hidden link, ok last question, it says that "* we recommend heavy duty connectors when installing the 80/100w bulb." so does that mean I have to change the stock wiring harness to use these bulbs? I don't want to mess anything up or fry any cables.
