My first problems can anyone explain

I have a 04 f-250 with the 6.0L the motor has an 03 build date and has 44,000 miles on it. It had two injectors go bad ford replaced them than one week later both oil pumps went. The service tech told me that the oil pumps went bad because of debris from the bad injectors and went on to tell me that most of the time when he sees two injectors go he see the rest go. Does that mean I will have to replace the oil pumps multiple times? Should I just replace all the injectors now? Thank you for any help

you have nothing to be concerned about. there are some "bugs" to get worked out but that doesnt mean that you have a problem truck. these trucks are only as good as the people who are working on them. yes you will probably have to replace injectors again later on down the road, but i dont think you will have that situation again.
