Another Tire Question

The tires on my 1993 F-150 have seen better days, so I'm lookin for new tires. The current tires are 33" BF Goodwrench ATs. I'm intrested in that new tire "Swamper Trxus STS". I would buy a 33x12x15 tire of course. What I was wondering is if anyone else has run these tires? I've only seen them on one truck in person and I didn't getta ask him about them. Mostly I drive on the road with some dirt roads everyday. Then I do some light 4x4ing on the weekends.

For on road driving the Truxus STS an excellent choice. They are a little rough untill the tires get broken in, which may take a thousand miles or two, but after that they are a great set of tires.
I have used them in the 16" version and they are an ultra strong tire compared to anything BFG makes. They wear like iron too, which is suprising for how soft the tread compound is.

So they are worth the money huh? I had to wonder because I hadn't seen them that often....except for show trucks. I really like the style though..not like a bogger yet better than a AT tire. I guess that answers that question. Thanks

Well I'll put it this way, as soon as this set wears out I'm going to be getting another set of Truxus STS's.

Ya, you pretty much closed the deal on those tires. I really like the tread style. Cause I don't go off roading everyday. Just after work sometimes then I hit the local spots on the weekends. Maybe do some work on the farm in the slop and thats about it. I kinda had my mind set on them but I wanted to hear from someone that had used them before.
