replacing head gasket

should i stay with oem head gasket 2003 5.4 or will the advance auto gasket be good to use 41.00 or 123.00 oem

I've been finding that aftermarket parts for my truck don't seem to meet OEM specs. I have time on my hands and I love to freak out the parts guys so if it were me I'd look at both and if you can, put a micrometer on them. If they are the same, go with aftermarket. If not, then OEM.
