i have a 99 psd and I just put the gauges in and when I put the boost line into the MAP I felt that the "T" was too small for the line and had to clamp it down....has anyone upgraded to a bigger "T"...it doesnt convince me I feel Im not getting a right reading...like if air is escaping...help...and my pyro probe was put pre turbo...because wire would not reach for a post turbo...did I do this right...I tapped next to the oil filter on the drivers side...let me know if I screwed this up
pre-turbo will give you a more accurate reading and this is where most people put their probe. your tee should be fine if you clamped it down unless you can hear air escaping from around it
Don't know that it would function any better than the plastic T given the low volume in the line, but it dang sure looks a lot nicer.
A little off topic Kris, but I bet if you swapped the long and short lines on your pop off valve it would work without interfering with the gauge operation.
