You can't do a body lift in just the rear, it's either all or nothing. I would recommend just doing it all at once with one full-suspension lift kit that is designed to work together. All the piece-mealing and different types of lift methods may just cause problems in the future. And since you plan on replacing the LLS, a full lift kit will do that anyways, as you get coils, dampers and all the shackles and hardware. You may need to gather a few more parts, but it would still be cheaper than replacing you LLS with factory coilovers and then adding a spacer kit to them, and it will perform way better.
There are a few different lift kits for your truck. It's basically the same as an F-150 from that era. I can't tell you exactly which kits will work for your application, but I know they exist. There are several lifted older-generation Expy's on here and I see them all over San Diego. You'll need at least a 6" lift to properly clear 35's.
