Auto hub dilemma

I posted this under Bronco's as well but the hubs aree the same. I have a 95 Bronco Ive been working on for a while - not a lot of spare time. I added a 6" lift, detroit tru-trac, installed new ball joints and generally freshened up the frnt end. Now (10 months later) I tried to re-install the hubs and either forgot the sequence or something is wrong. the washers dont fit inside the c-clip and it appears the axle isnt protuding far enough but maybe Im just all screwed up since its been so long. Does anyone know where I can find an exploded view or can someone provide a good detailed description?

thanks - it would be nice to drive the thing again some day. I will install manuals after I break the auto hubs but id like to get some use out of them first.

Do it once, do it right. Do the manual hubs right now. Best change you'll make. No joke. And get good Milemarker or Warn premium manuals, don't mess with the cheap 50 dollar ones..go for hte 75-80 dollar ones. You can feel the difference.

Well I kinda want to see what the tru-track will do to the auto hubs first - when they are in pieces I plan to use warn hubs but probly not the premiums as that should be over kill and I like the idea of 1/4 turn - although the prems look cool and will certainly hold up the best. Im not gonna rock crawl the thing tho- just bust through the snow to get between work and home, and ocasionally cross a creek or pass thru some mud.

the links a nice but I have those same diagrams in my manual and they dont include the hubs, and the description in the second one is for the earlier ones although it may indirectly answer my question.

When I installed my Warn Premium hubs, the instructions said if the axle shafts did't stick out far enough, to use a crow bar in the steering knucke and push the ujoint towards the outside, thus pushing the stub shafts through further. Give it a try.

Good Luck
