rough ride
hey picked up a masda b2200 pickup, 4 cyc 5-speed but boy she can be real bouncy on rough roads, thing is so tight and stiff out back, i put sand bags in back to help it a little, 150lbs worth, can i changed shocks or springs? has i think gas shocks now but they are all rusty, this truck runs good with the 4 banger but rides like S---!, help. only my beater truck so i dont need to put in big bucks.

If it's a 2200, then it's a true Mazda and not based on the Ranger. I'm sure you could get new springs and shocks, but if they are stiff then they are still good. Generally a Spring will be too soft if it is worn out and shocks will be bouncy if they are bad. Check for helper leaves, someone could have possibly added them to help for hauling. A B2200 shouldn't be that stiff.
