Poly Engine Mounts?

Anyone have experience with polyurethane engine mounts? I'm thinking of changing my transmission mount to poly. Anyone know sources for a poly mount? Thanks.

I really don't recommend using poly mounts or bushings, because a rubber mount was designed to have compliance to isolate vibration and road noise. Poly mounts don't have this compliance so the parts are held together more rigidly and thus you get feel more vibrations and more road noise. I think poly engine mounts would probably feel about the same as solid mounts.

I would do it. I have poly in the front end of my camaro, and it is alot better off for it. The poly lasts longer. My parts have a 20 year UNLIMTED warrenty on them. As for them riding rougher, I haven't noticed, and if your driving a truck who cares. As for places carring poly, start with summit or jegs.
