engine skipping

well u got an issue that isnt big but i dont want to let it go un-attened. i always let my engine warm up for a period now that the weather is cold here but the engine skips slightly. when its in first to third gear i can feel like one or two pulses during exdceleration. it will dip then recover. it wont like be bad but its enough so you can feel it driving. i did a basic tune up about 14k ago. i use mid to high grade gas. it also shakes a bit during idle. maybe injectors? or i was thinking fuel filter? its a 94 f150 300/4.9 EFI with 139k

When you are idleing, it is normal for the 300 to have a little shake. From what I've learned from other guys, The 300 shakes a little at idle because it is a lean-running engine due to emissions standards. If you were to change the air/fuel ratio, the 300 would run a lot smoother at idle.
