Question

fixing my bed

im currently in the progress of re-doing my bed. well im about to start anyways. i was wondering if i should by the the bed strips from say lmc or paddock parts b/c if i did that i would hafta weld them together and weld into bed then bolt in right? or should i go w/ just a wood kit....i would build it myself and how hard would that be...or expnesive well any suggestions thanks

I do know that most of the aftermarket parts companies offer bed floor repair sections, which work great as long as the support crossmembers are ok.
