'74-'75 TBird 460

I've got a chance to buy a complete running '74-'75 TBird with a 460, I haven't seen the car yet, body is rusty, but I'm told it runs super great.
since its pre-'76 it should be a 4v, premimum fuel 460 shouldn't it? what kind of hp does this engine produce?
should be able to buy the whole running car for around $250.00, now I'm going to the classifieds for the PROPER FACTORY MOUNTS AND PERCHES FOR MY '78 (460 application) if anyone has a complete setup they would like to sell please let me know!
Thanks!! Rick

I'd buy it, and ignore the premium fuel issue unless it pings. I just retard timing or richen the mixture to cope. T-Birds are nice organ donors. Get the big alternator most of them come with too.

Sounds like a winner, but don't forget, those engines were choking on all the polution control stuff. might be an "extra thirsty one" on any type gas!
