push rod cover gasket

How hard is it to replace one of these on a 94 f150? do i have to pull anything else or can i just pull the cover, clean, and put back on? also do i have to drain the oil? thankks

On my 1978 just pull, clean old gasket material, replace gasket. I didn't drain oil as it's in the pan when the engine is off, you might get a few drops but that's it.
