can be done i took a 67 f-350& put a 76 f-100body on it what i found is most ford truck chassis change very little the hardest part of the job was manual hoisting of the cab unto the chassis and to configure the two diffrent body wiring systems one was point type and the other was electronic to the engine the bolt up to the chassis was nothing but drilling a few new holes
I watched my dad do a swap with a 68 F100 frame and a 78 F250 body. I lifted the cab onto the frame with the hoe end of our backhoe. Unfortunetly, he never did get the wiring correct so when you turn on the radio the hazards come on, or something like that. Just stick with it and you can do it-
