Exclamation Need Help Fast! - Bad Coolant Leak

I own a 94' F-150 4x4 5-speed w/ a 4.9L EFI and 129Kmi.
I have a major coolant leak at the very back of the engine. It is impossible to see the source, but it runs down where the engine and transmission bolt together. Someone told me it cold be the freeze plugs or the water jacket core plugs. I don't know they're are located on the 4.9L and, as I said, you can't see the origin of the leak from the engine bay or from the underneath of the truck. You can only see the path of the leak until it disappears above where the transmission/engine bolt together. It is very important I fix it fast so any help you guys can offer would be great. Thanks.

Try locating the origin of the leak first, using a bright flash light and sometime a small mirror does help.
