What year model?
I was given a late 70's Ford truck, and I was wondering if someone could tell me what to look for so I can find the correct year. The owner told me it had a later model front cap on it, so thats no help. Is there anywhere online I can look up the VIN number? The truck isn't it too bad shape, I don't know if it's all original, but it has a 300CI Straight Six, Four Speed in the floor(I think it may have been originally column shift) w/ Granny first, LWB, I'm not sure if it's a F100 or F150. It's in great mechanical shape, other than a few small dents and dings, the only major problem is the rusted floor. Thanks for any help.
