Anyone going to the Ancaster Automotive flea market next week?
Much, smaller than Barrie or even Waterdown but same kind of crowd and vendors. Never know what treasures you can find for your project.
I went last year, didn't buy anything but it was a nice way to spend a Sunday.
Well, I messed up. This was not the show I went to last year. This was strictly indoor and mostly older car stuff (model T, 30's,), sponsored by HASC.
It was a small fleamarket, filled an arena sized building. I did score a pair of brand new repro tail lights for my truck for twenty bucks! even bought a pair of blue dots to put in them. So for me it was still a good outing. No dizzies Chuck, I was looking for u though. Didn't buy the nifty '59 Impala tail lites either, couldn't think of what to do with them each one was almost a yard long!
The swap meet I was thinking of is at the same venue but at the end of March! duh, my bad! They have a spring and fall swap meet thats much larger indoor/outdoor.
I'll try and find a link I will be going back in March.
