could someone cipher this # for me?

I picked up a dual electric fan at the junkyard a while back....it was sitting in the back of an old pickup, but I'm not sure what it came out of.

The ford part number is:

F58H-8C607-AB

I want to put it in my 84 1/2 ton (4.9) when it warms up outside, and want to make sure its going to pull enough air and see about finding the right connectors for it.

Thanks a bunch to whomever can help

Frank

F = 90's 5 = introduced in 95. The 8 after the 5 is usually where the T is for truck and the remaining numbers and letters are not really important.

So is there any way to figure out what vehicles came equipped with this part #?

I mainly need to know, so I can find a donor vehicle to get the connectors from...I'm "guessing" they changed connectors depending on what vehicle it was...please correct me if I'm wrong cause I know nothing..........;-)

I have an electric fan from a 3.8 tauras on my truck. So far it takes care of business. I have the 5.0 with auto. It hasnt been all that warm here in mn though. But i would say that it it working fairly well. If you have dual fans i would say that it would be able to cool enough. THe tauras fan doesnt even cover the whole radiator and it seems to work great.
