00 EB keyless entry pad broken
The keypad on my truck quit working. The first two keys are non-functional - ie don't even cause the dome light or running board lights to come on. It is cold out , but has been colder and they worked fine. The locking function using the last two keys works. Any thoughts?

Mine froze up the last time it was really cold. Luckily I though twice before lockign it while running as I ran into the store. Took the spare keys just in case.
Can you let it warm up and see if it functions? If so, perhaps ice is forming behind the keys. In either case I don't have a solution other than perhaps replacing the pad.
