How to tell if my truck has a dual mass flywheel
I have my 99.5 7.3L F250 torn apart to replace a bad throwout bearing, and found bent/worn pressure plate fingers, and a bad pilot bearing, so I'm thinking about replacing everything.
I've read about the dual mass flywheels on here, and that they aren't desireable to have. How do I tell what's in my truck so I know what parts I need to get?

You're right, mine doesn't look like that. It just has the bolts on the crankshaft.
Thanks for clearing that up.
I see that Southbend offers some different upgrade kits, if I just have a few small mods (intake, 4" exhaust and a chip or tuner) would I need an ugraded clutch/pressure plate kit? The most towing the truck will normally see is a 18ft car trailer.

For sure get a south bend or LUK. The diameter is bigger which gives you more surface area for friction with a lighter clutch feel. Also, be sure to get the KEVLAR pilot bushing (not the factory style POS roller bearing, they tend to fall apart) and since you are in there replace the little PLASTIC pivot or bushing for the fork. It usually is toast anyway.
