Were and how does the antenna run in a 75 F-100? Is ther a special antenna you have to use that runs under the dash? There is now where on the outside were one should go. Does anyone know?

David most are mount on the cowl near the windshield. If there isn't one just cut you a big ol hole and install one and run the cable inside to the radio.
If you want to do a cool trick mount it behind the seat, or in the cab corner, it doesn't have to go on the outside.
