New Life For My 239...I Hope!

I have a 54F100 239 ohv. was redoing a 64 3 spd. to put in it but having troubles with needing and finding all of the internal shafts and gears...( slight pitting from past water in case)...will have to run it until it gives up.
QUESTION....
How late model of ford truck 3 spd. trans will bolt up the the bellhousing on my 239?
It's the stock housing and uses the 10 inch clutch\ 10 spline for the input shaft?
I have seen late 60's and early 70's trans that have a dual bolt pattern on the input side of the case and didnt know if these would be a bolt up or not???

thanks for any input, Ed

This thread might be of some help: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...d.php?t=372192

Some of the later transmissions have bosses that can be drilled & tapped, in the cases where they aren't already from the factory.
